- Owner and founder Diane Bancroft created Desert Blossom Realty with the express purpose of delivering the highest level of personal service possible. Desert Blossom provides a full range of services tailored to meet specific client needs including; residential resales, new builds, remodeling, home staging and interior design services and vacation rental management. As an independent broker, she works directly with each client as their strategic partner, personally guiding them through every phase of the home selling process to a successful closing.
- Diane launched Desert Blossom after spending 15 years as a top selling Realtor for two of the valley’s most successful brokerages – Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and Realty Executives. Highly respected within the real estate industry, Diane was unanimously voted to serve as Tour Director for the prestigious Paradise Valley Luxury Tour, a networking group for top agents.
- With a background in communications, broadcast news and public relations, Diane's unique skill set enables her to think outside of the box when it comes to marketing her client's properties to a wide audience. As a former corporate mediator and organizational consultant, Diane is skilled in the art of negotiating and science of selling, leading to a 20-year track record of success.
- A California native, Diane was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended the University of California at Berkeley where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
