From the moment we bought our vacation rental property with Diane's assistance, we have been impressed with her knowledge and capability to turn our new purchase into a great investment. This was my second time staying at Diane's property and it was just as great as it was the first time. The house is wonderful, very clean and well stocked. We spend the majority of our time in the back around the beautiful pool and the many lounge areas. Diane is so accommodating and responsive, which makes the whole process so easy. We would love to come back again!
We take an annual trip to the Scottsdale area in the summer. We've stayed in many VRBOs but this was the best so far! Beautifully appointed home, great location to shopping, groceries and restaurants. The backyard is an oasis with a beautiful pool and multiple sitting areas to enjoy the property. Diane was in regular communication and made everything super efficient. We travel with our adult son with special needs and he loved the pool and house as well. He wants to come back again next year...and so do we.
This is a great place to stay. Lovely house, clean, well laid out, nicely furnished, and nice neighborhood. Diane is an inspiring host. You can tell that she cares about taking care of the house, with many extra touches which make you feel at home and she really cares about her guests. She was reachable if and when we needed. Even before I booked, I was impressed with the prompt communication I received from Diane. The check in process was incredibly smooth - we were provided electronic access to the home and all the necessary information we needed for a comfortable stay was available in a well-organized binder along with the host’s contact information. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The home was beautifully furnished, appliances all worked well, and the kitchen was equipped with the necessary cooking utensils to prepare meals. I would absolutely not hesitate to rent again from this host - we had a wonderful Christmas vacation, got to enjoy numerous hikes, some horseback riding, and lots of great dining and shopping, and spend our evenings relaxing together comfortably in the home - playing some of the many board games available, swimming in the heated pool, or watching a movie out on the patio.
